Our trucks are lettered and our technicians are in uniform for our customers safety and security. After thorough cleaning of exhaust systems, all hoods will receive stickers that indicated the date cleaned and the next date of service, as well as a sticker that indicates that our company follows NFPA 96 standard. Our company uses USDA approved degreasers only. Upon completion, our technicians do a thorough cleaning of the kitchen area. Customers can choose to have their invoices emailed, faxed or mailed.
